What You Will Do
Coordinates, evaluates, and provides music therapy to patients receiving hospice care.
- Develops, coordinates, and provides an organized music therapy program.
- Provides music therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations .
- Develops a plan of care.
- Completes all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, governmental and accreditation requirements.
- Participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
- Pe rforms other job - related tasks as requested.
Qualifications
Required
- Certified music therapist from an established music therapy institute.
- Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.
