Alexian Village of Milwaukee, an Ascension Living community, is looking for a caring and compassionate Receptionist to join the team! This gorgeous 440 bed continuing care retirement community offers independent living, assisted living, long-term skilled nursing, rehabilitation and therapy.

As a Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to perform receptionist functions for assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, route and respond to incoming telephone calls
• Take accurate messages and ensures timely delivery
• Greet guests and provides appropriate assistance and information
• Perform additional clerical duties as assigned

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
