As a Senior Software Developer you will apply your development skills to helping us create products that assist employers with maintaining compliance and building diverse workforces.

About You

You're excited to create software solutions for problems that may not be completely understood. You're curious and always learning. You are confident to release code in an environment with automated tests and an agile process. You excel at writing solutions in C# for the .NET Core platform, feeling fluent in the core API. You participate in architectural discussions with a team of developers, unafraid to both voice your opinion and make space for others to contribute.

You have 5 or more years of experience in software development. you've got some background in React, Angular, and Vue.js. You understand the value of automated tests and Test Driven Development (TDD). You have some familiarity with the concept of reading "legacy" code and can articulate findings to others. You enjoy brining new ideas to the team and enjoy leading technical design sessions. You know software development is more than just writing code - you appreciate the craft and art of the process.

About the Position

You'll be developing high performance backend systems in .NET Core and flexible, beautiful, and accessible frontend applications in VueJS. You'll participate in an Agile software process that encourages creativity and collaboration. You'll reverse engineer legacy code and either make changes to this code or find ways to solve the problem in our new technology stack. You'll help make architectural decisions for greenfield solutions.
