Milwaukee Automotive Dealership is seeking a Service Advisor/Writer

Full-Time

Monday - Friday

Direct Hire

$ - Wage based on experience

Prefer some automotive experience, but willing to train someone with the right personality and customer service skills

Must be able to cheerfully assist customers, and maintain a cheerful disposition even during high-stress situations.

Duties include:

• Assist customers coming to service their vehicles
• Quote service costs and collect payments
• Relay information from service technicians to customers
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their level of service to encourage repeat business

Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
