We are seeking construction inspectors with a minimum of 5 years' experience working on transportation projects such as highways, roadways, streets, interchanges, bridges, streetscapes, tunnels, rail/transit (track work, systems and/or facilities) for projects in Denver and the surrounding areas.



Responsibilities



*Provide daily site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications and codes
*Coordinate in the field with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers and regulatory agencies
*Measure and record pay quantities
*Prepare daily reports
*Review the Contractor's schedule
*Labor compliance
*Coordinate 3rd-party special material testing inspections
*Review and provide input on potential change order issues
*Maintain project records
*Manage project photographic records
*Verification of field surveys

*Minimum of five years directly related experience
*High School diploma or equivalent education
*Inspection certifications preferred (CDOT, ICC, APWA, NICET, CRSI, ACI, AWS)
*Previous soils, asphalt and concrete testing experience preferred
