As a Kindergarten Prep Teacher you will:

  • Communicate regularly with parents to support, guide, and share in their child's development
  • Guide your teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and hands-on activities based on your observations of children's interests and skills
  • Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care

Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements including:

  • At least six months of experience working with children in a professional setting
  • At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED
  • CDA or higher Required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  • Pass required state and company background checks
