Job Description

*Will provide excellent customer service to multiple Parker Accounts. *Will have direct contact with external customers and Parker Sales Team. *Will give Customer price quotations and process credits. *Respond to Customer emails in a timely manner. *Will be responsible for taking calls on Parker's Customer Service Call Center. *Keep appropriate departments informed of customer requirements and problem areas. *Review schedules, releases and enter orders on a timely basis. *Responsible for entering customer's purchase orders via CRT. *Possible backup for switchboard/mail and Executive Administrative Asst. *Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. *Proficient in the use of personal computer. *Excellent telephone and general communication skills. *Excellent math skills. *Sensitivity in dealing with customer conflicts. *Strong interpersonal skills. *Previous customer service experience is beneficial. *High School Graduate with emphasis on office procedures, interpersonal communications and computer skills. *Basic Excel. *Experience with Nafta codes, paperwork is beneficial.
