Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility:

The Americold Summer Internship is a 12-week, full-time, paid assignment that takes place over the summer months. During this time, our Interns gain valuable knowledge related to their area of interest (i.e. Operations, Distribution, Finance, Internal Audit, etc.), while contributing to one of the COOLest business sectors. The internship includes assignments on challenging and industry-specific projects, plus the opportunity to network with organizational leaders, colleagues, and peers.

Essential Functions:
1.The Infrastructure Analyst will work with the Infrastructure teams to review existing work process documents. Revise and update where needed and create new documents where there are gaps. Centralize all documentation for work flows and work processes into one software management system.
2.Learn ITIL mapping techniques using current ITIL platform to evaluate work processes.
3.Documents all work processes to adhere to ITIL.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:

Education, Training & Professional Experience:
*Pursuing Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent
*Experience with Microsoft Office
*Basic understanding of the following areas will be helpful but not necessary: Servers, User Provisioning, IT User Access Security


Knowledge & Employment Standards:

*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Effective presentation, documentation and report writing skills.
*Demonstrated planning, task organizing and execution skills.
*Ability to work in team-oriented environment.
*Working knowledge of applicable hardware platforms.
*Ability to complete work deadlines
