The Milwaukee Catholic Home, a dynamic faith-based continuing care retirement community is seeking full-time and part-time Caregiver to join our team to provide exceptional services to the School Sisters of Notre Dame living at the Trinity Woods, campus. 

Provides direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s plan of care.  They work under the guidance and direction of an R.N. or L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents, help the unit function smoothly, observe and collect data, and perform all duties as assigned to provide care to residents. High school education or GED required and prior experience as a Caregiver in a long-term care facility preferred.
