The Supply Internship program is designed for students seeking a career within the field of Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain or Business. This is an Internship opportunity for highly qualified college/university Juniors or Seniors obtaining their Bachelor’s Degree. The program provides the Student Intern practical work experience to augment their education and career preparation. During the work experience, the Student Intern will be exposed to the interpersonal relationships a job requires, both with co-workers and supervisors that are essential in obtaining a successful, satisfying career.   

The Supply Intern will be assisting with the following:  

• Set up new suppliers and new supply points  
• Audit OPIS reports in search of additional suppliers  
• Contact suppliers as needed to verify supply availability  
• Coordinate with supply optimization team to execute strategy  
• Work with customer service teams to confirm loads/orders  
• Improving the company’s purchasing by enhancing daily supply decisions through freight optimization, dispatching, DTN TABS maintenance, utilization of optimization software and analytics  
• Analyze supply data outputs to track P&L impacts  
• Work with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets at an advanced level   

Mansfield’s internship will be a 25 - 40 hr/week paid internship ($14/hour) in Gainesville, GA.  We'll work with your school schedule!
