Full understanding of Material Handling equipment, which includes electrical schematics, mechanical piping/install drawing and unit operation
Collect and record all information. This information must be complete, clear and organized. This includes, but not limited to service reports, field feedback, expense reports, time sheets and any quote request.
Work must be completed in a safe manner the first time with quality workmanship
Support the goals of the department by assisting customers with professional service, technician phone support, parts and production/in-house work
Must be able to control proper stocking levels, personal and company issued tools in operation order and make sure that any unsafe or potential issues are identified
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Generate quoted business to meet monthly goals
Control cost when working with expenses

A qualified candidate will be proactive and possess these requirements:
Technicians must have a full understanding of any ACS, customer policy/procedure, local and federal guidelines that are needed to fulfill the requirements to complete the assignment. This includes, but is not limited to lockout/tag out procedures, OSHA and EPA requirements
Frequent air/auto travel with minimal notice is required
Must have current and valid driver’s license with good driving record
Must have passport, or be able to obtain passport when required
Understanding of OSHA requirements
Able to use basic hand tools, electrical meters (AC, DC, amps, ohm, voltage) and electrical devices required for repairs
