A successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Operate and maintain High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) paint systems
• Properly mix both water-reducible and multi-component paints
• Perform repairs and properly prep parts for painting operations
• Maintain a clean environment including replacement of filters and covers while maintaining clean and optimum running booth
• Maintain an accurate inventory for supplies and painting components
• Other duties as assigned

A qualified candidate will be pro-active, dedicated, and possess these basic requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years industrial or automotive painting experience required
• Strong attention to detail required
• Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
• Willing to accept new challenges
• Ability to expedite work
• Ability to identify and implement cost-reduction ideas
• Able to drive forklift and obtain a forklift certification
