Who We Are.
Lutheran Home provides rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, specialized memory care assisted living, adult day services, and child care. Harwood Place provides assisted living and independent living. The Lutheran Home Foundation works to grow awareness and financial support for the needs of older adults in our care.

About the position.

We have a current opportunity for an Employment Coordinator/Recruiter with our health care system.  This individual will be responsible for recruitment, screening, interviewing and hiring top candidates for various roles within our organization.   This position requires the ability to manage high volume recruitment while interacting with a diverse population.  Candidate must have excellent organization, time management and follow-up skills with a high sense of urgency.  

What we're looking for.
Education:
Bachelors Degree with major emphasis in Human Resources, Communications, Business administration or related field is required.

Experience:
At least one solid year of experience in human resources in a health care setting is preferred.  Previous experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring is strongly preferred.
 
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point is required. Experience or working knowledge of ADP or other HRIS systems strongly preferred.
Candidates strong with using social media is a plus!!

 
Interpersonal Skills:

Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to interact effectively and consult with a variety of candidates as well as hiring leaders. Must be a strategic thinker and a self starter.  Must also be
