Enthusiastic and friendly receptionist needed to answer multi-line phone system, greet residents and visitors and direct people to specific units in the building. This person must possess DYNAMIC customer service skills and patience.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, and Outlook E-Mail). Working knowledge of Microsoft Publisher a Plus! Prior receptionist or clerical experience required.

Position hours are: Monday, Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday from 5:00AM-8:00AM. Also will include holiday that fall on those scheduled days.

Start and end times can not be adjusted.
