Primary Duties: *Provide assistance to customers in a specific group of accounts *Process customer inquiries via phone, email, automated service ticket software, fax and/or mail. *Provide price quotes using standard price sheets, approved formulas or RFQ database. *Enter all RFQ requests from customers into the database daily *Apply knowledge through catalogue material and technical literature in communications with customers. *Conduct contract review for all orders and communicate any issues to customer. *Responsible for issuing all RGA's to the customers, closing all RGA's , sending engineering reports to customers, sending back product and issuing all credits associated with RGA's *Process manual order entry Secondary Duties: *Liaison between customers and production control, business units and engineering. *Authorize requests for return of merchandise *Develop a professional rapport with customers *Special projects as assigned by the Sales Administration Manager.

Minimum Qualifications: *2yr degree or higher desired, not mandatory *Knowledge of Quick Coupling Division products preferred *Fluid Power Background highly recommended *Customer Service experience a must. Candidates must exhibit strong work ethic, attention to detail and an aptitude for working in a variety of computer programs such as Microsoft office and Lotus Notes. A basic understanding of dos based order entry systems a plus.
