Service First Staffing is continuing to grow. Looking to add some experienced industrial recruiters and/or recruiting managers. Will recruit, screen and hire and/or make recommendations for candidates who are looking for industrial/clerical/professional jobs to Service First Staffing clients. Will primarily interview candidates for semi-skilled, skilled labor and management industrial positions (from general labor to plant managers). Must be able to relate to a people with diverse backgrounds, work in a fast paced environment, have good computers skills/documentation and a strong ability to prioritize and troubleshoot problems. Will work as part of a team but also have individual responsibilities. Our recruiters get candidates for our clients to interview and hire. Once hired our recruiters keep in contact with candidate to ensure the job is going well. The recruiter will interact between the candidate and client during the screening/interviewing process. Must enjoy building relationships.
Candidates should have have previous recruiting experience and/or hiring/terminating of employees. Previous staffing or recruiting experience is ideal. Bilingual ability is a strong bonus.
