Job Description

We are searching for someone experienced with quality systems, manufacturing and must be able to read and understand engineering drawings.

 

  • Improve upon materials and parts used in the production process.
  • Vendor returns of rejected parts from assembly or receiving inspection
  • Document information in Epicor
  • Issue RMA’s to customers as needed
  • Help quality inspectors with daily inspections, as needed.
  • Manage Verification reports
  • Create and/or update verification reports. 
  • Investigate, monitor, document, and report internal, supplier and Customer Corrective actions.
  • Training of new assembly associates
  • Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements for the Quality Management program.
  • Help develop and maintain work instructions and process controls
  • Creating and maintaining reports and charts
  • Assist in quality control internal audits.
  • Maintain and order PPE inventory.
  • Assistant in gauge calibration
  • Auditing quality using process and controls

 

Responsibilities: 

 

·   Supports Quality Policies.

·   Ensures product conforms to engineering specifications.

·   Assist with root cause analysis

·   Improve upon materials and parts used in the production process.

·   Handle Vendor returns of rejected parts from assembly or receiving inspection

·   Document information into computer system- Epicor

·   Issue RMA’s to customers as needed (document in database)

·   Help quality inspectors with daily inspections, as needed.

·   Oversee Verification reports- create and update

·   Investigate, monitor, document, report and resolve internal, supplier and Customer actions

·   Training of new assembly associates of quality procedures and gauging methods.

·   Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements for the Quality Management program.

·   Help develop and maintain work instructions and process controls

·   Creating and maintaining reports and charts

·   Assist in quality control internal audits.

·   Maintain and order PPE inventory.
