Job Description

This role is full time, direct hire and with a client that is experiencing growth!

If you are looking for an HR opportunity that has split duties between payroll and HR this role is for you. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll data and work closely with third-party processing to ensure accuracy
  • Review and analyze payroll reports 
  • Compile monthly union reports
  • Recommend and implement effective HR and recruiting strategies 
  • Analyze and research labor costs and hours
  • Support the HR team and managers with various HR tasks

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of prior payroll processing experience
  • Bachelors Degree in HR is strongly preferred
  • Proven work history and success.
  • Customer and employee focused
  • Prior HR Generalist Experience
