Responsibilities:

Process full cycle payroll

Supervise, mentor and lead payroll processors

Handle client questions and resolve discrepancies

Offer process improvement ideas

Handle reporting

Experienced with Thomson Reuters and Accounting CS package is preferred

Requirements:

Prior Supervisory experience

Payroll processing and analysis experience

Problem solver

Strong communication and adaptability

Proven work history

Professional Services experience is preferred
