Our client is looking to hire on a direct hire basis! This person will be responsible for developing improving and rolling our training programs. This position offers the opportunity to make an impact and improve employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop training plans and programs
Assess current quality and effectiveness
Improve programs and efficiencies
Research training softwares and make recommendations
Requirements:
Experienced with developing training plans within a manufacturing company
3-5 years of prior experience
Associates degree is strongly preferred
Experienced with training software programs
