Community Care is hiring a Registered Nurse/Clinical Services Support Specialist. This is a part-time opportunity basedat our 205 Bishops Way - Brookfield, WI location.
Clinical Services Support Specialist/RN Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinates and leads assigned quality and/or performance improvement initiatives.
* Develops and coordinates programs for specific member populations based on the organization's strategic goals and initiatives.
* Provides clinical consultation and guidance for staff regarding the daily care of members, regularly meets face to face with clinical staff to advise of clinical practice changes and to assist with clinical problem solving.
* Assists with clinical orientation, competency validation and onboarding of RN staff.
Clinical Services Support Specialist/RN Job Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred. Candidates with an Associate Degree in Nursing along with RN Care Manager certification and current enrollment in a BSN program are eligible for consideration.
Experience: A minimum of five years of general nursing experience.
Certifications: CPR & AED
Licensures: WI Licensed Registered Nurse
Clinical Services Support Specialist Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 36 hours a week
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
