• Measure and weigh raw material
• Load molds with raw materials
• Remove finished products from molds and move to secondary operations as needed
• Work in a safe manner at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to use basic quality control tools and to read blueprints
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships
• Ability to work with others to accomplish goals
