Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Our client on the south side of Milwaukee is looking for entry level Fabricators! Join an amazing team that values employee growth and career progression.
Starting pay $15-16/ hr depending on experience.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. ? Prepare materials for welding
? Assist in set up of PTA’s
? Prepare vanguard flagpoles
? Drill, tap, cut and deburr product
? KIT Assembly
? assemble retainer rings
? Assist in flagpole operations department
? Produce cable assemblies
? Paint, inspect and assemble accessories
? Polish poles with lathe
? Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
? Assist in special projects as needed
JOB COMPETENCIES:
1. Detail orientated
2. Effective communication
3. Work in a team environment
4. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Competition of 4-years of high school, or equivalent is strongly preferred
Over 1 year and up to including 3 years’ experience is preferred
