Responsibilities:
Manage, lead and develop the HR team to ensure HR strategy, programs and processes support a performance-based culture emphasizing continuous improvement, team-work and individual/team accountability.
Recommend and implement effective recruiting strategies
Act as a business partner with senior leaders to develop and execute human resources initiatives that support business strategy and objectives.
Support the HR team and hiring managers to select, interview, and hire candidates.
Ensures onboarding process and new employee orientation set employees up for success
Ensures training and development programs meet the needs of the organization
Develops a strategy for organizational development to meet company growth, improve turnover, and ensure succession plans in key positions.

Responsible for labor relations policies and practices
Support managers and leaders handling employee relations
Evaluate organizational productivity concerns
Oversee compensation and salary plans
Handle risk management
HRIS implementation
Responsible for data driven decisions and improvements to HR programs and processes
Requirements
Ability to lead and manage. Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
Professional demeanor and communication skills
Proven work history and success.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Manufacturing environment and International experience is a plus.
Less than 15% travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience is required. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of labor relations and union negotiations.
