Quotations Specialist - Electrical Distribution/Gear

Summary: Work closely with and enhance the effectiveness of Sales Representatives by providing quotations to customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Relative electrical industry experience (electricians, engineering, drafting and designer), or Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relative field,
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Ability to read one-line diagrams strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare material quotations as requested by the customer and Sales personnel.
• Prepare and forward documentation necessary for order entry by the Project Coordinator.
• Send all quotation information to the Outside Salesperson.
• Maintain a system to follow up on all quotations and assist the Sales Representatives in booking quoted orders.
• Other related duties as assigned.
