Property Management Company is seeking a Part-Time Custodian / Janitor.
$12/hr starting
2 property locations in Sheboygan
*there is a chance to go full-time, based on quality of work
Duties include but not limited to:
Must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment

Duties include but not limited to:
- General cleaning of the common areas such as entrances, hallways..etc.
- Sanitation of common areas
- Trash removal and floor care
- Maintaining of sidewalks and outdoor areas as needed
