Primary Objectives of the position
•    Sort and rack lumber
•    Handle stock, freight, and other materials
•    Forklift operation 
•    Assist customers

Primary Responsibilities of the position
•    Sorting, stocking, and moving lumber and building materials
•    Fill orders
•    Loading supplies for customers
•    Operate power tools, saws, and chainsaws
•    Read special orders from sales people
•    Read instructions from supervisors or sales people in handling customer requests and safety procedures in the workplace
•    Read carefully the products labels, warnings, and directions posted in the products and warehouse
•    Complete inventory sheets
•    Read invoices and orders
•    Read and follow work schedules
•    Enter number entries in loading sheets
•    Look in the charts for the weights of forklifts that can carry and lift
•    May be responsible for lifting up to 125 lb
•    Protect company values by keeping financial information and plans confidential
•    Responsible for following and enforcing all safety rules and policies as outlined by and communicated by Bliffert Lumber management
•    Act as our store’s representative and provides exceptional customer service
•    Reports injuries immediately to Manager
•    Additional job respnsibilities to be determined by manager/foreman

Requirements of the position
•    Reports to the location manager/foreman
•    Occasional local travel and delivery runs with company vehicle
•    Lifting up to 150 lbs.
