Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE This position will give the student the opportunity to learn how to leverage data science and clean data to support business decisions. This will provide the intern the opportunity to experience working with a team of professionals using various data reporting tools, as well as be involved in data management in support of business goals. The intern will be mentored by professionals in the Data Information Team and Finance Teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Demonstrated analytics and problem-solving ability High degree of self-motivation, passion, and a drive to learn Ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to work independently and remotely as needed Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on equivalent basis Minimum Required Education: College student pursuing a Bachelor degree in Data Science, Information Technology Management, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field from an accredited college or university. Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Preferred Experience: Previouswork or classroom experience in one or more of the following is an added plus: SQL, Tableau/Qlik, Power BI, Excel, and other data & visualization tools Organizational Structure Building: RPC/Hybrid/Remote Why MCW?
