Education and / or Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED);
• Required: Technical Certification or Degree in maintenance-related field
• 5 years of experience in a maintenance-related role
• Or, 7 years of experience in a maintenance role

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Associates demonstrate ability to write routine reports and correspondence to others when necessary; along with the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
