Job Description

WVRC is looking for a pleasant, energetic, and skilled Veterinary Technician to join our Internal Medicine team!
As a Veterinary Technician in the Internal Medicine Department your responsibilities include:

  • Drawing blood for lab samples
  • Patient  restraint
  • Obtaining Temperature, Pulse, and Respiratory rate
  • Must be able to communicate well with clients, as well as showing care and concern for their pets
  • Able to work some Holidays

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Veterinary Technician in an animal hospital setting required.
  • CVT or VTS preferred but not required.
