Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Middleware/Websphere Portal Engineer in our (Pleasanton) office. Position will start as a remote.

Job Overview:

Setting up of Oracle DB , Exposure to RAC architecture. Operate highly avallabile platform

Setting up load balancing, exposure to caching (edge caching or response caching using tools such as extreme scale

Exposure to Security policies such as CORS, CSP, TLS 1.x,

Setting up Load balancing mechanism, ability to write TCL scripts

Architecture - Platform Architecture preferred with focused on nonfunctional requirements

Exposure to automation and tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef

Recent devops tools such as Kubernetes, Dockers etc.

Any middleware engineer

Knowledge and hands on experience on Jenkins& Ansible
• Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs.

• Bachelor's degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
• Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix and Microsoft.
• Four to six years of system administration experience.
