Job Description
Lead Contents Technician

Description
We are is looking for Hard Working and Reliable individuals to Lead Crews in the cleaning, demolition, and reconstruction of homes and businesses affected by a fire, flood, storm, or other disasters. This is an extremely important role in our company, and we are looking for the best of the best to fill it. Some duties include lifting, cleaning, demolition, and packing.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Professionally represent the company principles of honesty and integrity
• Develop & Maintain good relations with customers
• Generate a salvageable or non-salvageable contents inventory
• Record, Label, and download all customer’s personal contents using Assured Software
• Deliver exceptional customer service to the customer and or/client.
• Maintain good internal communications with M&C Project Mgr.
• Maintain organization on all job sites.
• Complete all jobs in an efficient and timely manner.
• Follow and enforce established safety practices including proper use of PPE.
• Supervise temp help on job sites.
• Assist in packing customer's contents.
• Other duties as they arise.
• Must Have Valid Driver's License
• Must Be Able to Pass Felony Background Check, Drug Screen, and Alcohol Screen

Education: High School Diploma or Higher

Experience: Entry Level

Physical Demands:
• Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.
• May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.
• Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
• Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
• Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.

Reports to: Project Manager/ Manager

Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm shift with 30-minute lunch Monday - Friday. The employee is expected to work overtime when requested. The employee is expected to be on-call based on a rotation basis.

This position requires a professional appearance and demeanor to be maintained at all times. We are also looking for an individual that can uphold the company standards, mission statement, and goals at all times.
