Allay Home and Hospice is seeking qualified CNAs to provide comforting personal cares to our hospice in our northern territory. We pay mileage, but strive to keep you visiting patients close to home. We are glad to be able to offer a $500 sign on bonus to our successful candidate.

This position reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services and Registered Nurse Case Managers to carry out assigned duties providing personal care/hygiene, which promote patient comfort and support and activities of daily living. Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings as appropriate to coordinate patient care, exchange information and problem solve, and receive staff support and in-service education.

Uniforms are provided. 

Job Requirements:

Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license
Current Wisconsin Drivers License 
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
Experience working with patients and families coping with terminal illness and death.
Daily Travel
