Bankruptcy Analyst
New Berlin, WI
Job Description
Creditors' Rights law firm located in New Berlin, Wisconsin is looking for a full-time bankruptcy analyst. The purpose of the bankruptcy analyst is to prepare and file reaffirmation agreements and proof of claims that are referred by our clients as well as subsequent follow-up for responses.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous legal, bankruptcy and/or general office experience a plus.
Skills & Abilities: Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize workflow; exceptional follow-up skills and attention to detail; good problem solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to be a team player; math skills; PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities may include: * Prepare and file reaffirmation agreements. * Prepare and file proof of claims. *Follow-up for responses to the reaffirmation agreements and proof of claims. * Update client tracking systems. * Maintain assigned daily caseload.
