Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Analyst that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.

Responsibilities: Monitor quality, orientation and training of Revenue Cycle staff and vendors, Perform assigned audits to identify potential issues that may delay account resolution, Identify issues, create solutions, and resolve issues related to operations including daily staff work, Create written workflows, procedures, develop training materials and prepare reports for leadership and external departments, Build, analyze and distribute customizable reports for internal and external teams, Maintain Revenue Cycle Department policy and procedure manual 


Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or Computer Science
  2. Current working knowledge and understanding of regulations related to physician billing and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare payor rules preferred
  3. Demonstrated ability to preform critical thinking and problem solving
  4. Excellent oral and written communications skills
  5. Analytical skills necessary to prepare and interpret reports
  6. Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPivot and/or Power BI
  7. Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds
