Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Dietitian that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the nutritional status of patients, including OB, diabetic, weight control, and hypertensive patients
- Provide individual counseling to clinic patients
- Participant in developing patient care plans and provide appropriate follow-up
- Document counseling sessions and patient progress
- Conduct nutrition in-service classes for clinic and WIC staff
- Assist with and participate in the preparation and delivery of nutrition education materials and activities
- Registered Dietitian with Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics
- One to two year experience, preferably in maternal and child nutrition
- Ability to communicate effectively with groups
- Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds
- Bilingual required (Spanish/English)
