Steel Rule Die Set up and Punch Press Operator
Green Lake County manufacturer is looking to add an experienced punch press operator to their first shift team. This temp to hire opportunity will allow you to work in a friendly, positive working environment. If you enjoy a job shop environment and like to work independently, this is the position for you!

Employment Type Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift
Starting Pay Depends on Experience, $13-$14 per hour
Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience At least 2 years of experience
As a punch press operator, with Die set up experience, you will be setting up and operating the machine as well as inspecting the finished product for quality.
Responsibilities
- Setting up, troubleshooting and operating a punch press.
- Inspection of finished product for quality.
- Material handling and wrapping skids as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience working in a fabrication environment is helpful
- Ability to read blueprints is needed.
- Excellent math and measuring skills are required
