Inspect department equipment and perform tasks for the purpose of preventative maintenance, and facility maintenance.

• Works with the maintenance manager, supervisor and maintenance lead, for the planning/scheduling of daily work orders.
• Prepares materials needed and equipment required to perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Surveys and maintains safety devices and equipment on a regular basis.
• Assists in keep equipment, tools, shop and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Maintains and provides appropriate service and PM records using MegaMation.
• Maintain and perform tasks on facility grounds: Mowing the grass, and possibly plowing the facility's parking lots of snow and adding salt to the parking and walking areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechanically Inclined
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with maintenance team members and operations team members.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently.

Days and Hours of Work:

• Tuesday through Saturday
• 6:00pm-2:30am
