AgriEdge Specialist - Red River Valley Area (North Dakota /Minnesota)

• Collaboratively lead the development and implementation of the AgriEdge* (AE) program across Syngenta
• Empower farmers to make better decisions through the integration of data, analytics, and agronomic expertise by using Syngenta's AE program
• Develop compelling ROI messages using Syngenta Agronomy and AE program to support Syngenta business and effectively use with our Certified AgriEdge Partners (CAP) and AE farmers during crop planning and field level profit discussions
• Support Syngenta's Digital Ag Solution's 5 year strategy, including launching new Product+ technology, supporting Sustainable Solutions, enhancing existing technology and training our CAP to continue being an AE farmer's Trusted Advisor
• Represent the Syngenta Leadership Model and Values

• You have a passion for agriculture, understand the complexities of farming and can add value and build trust quickly with growers
• You have demonstrated understanding of economics, digital agronomy and sales excellence.
• You set high personal expectations and inspire others
• You include everyone, respect, listen to, help and appreciate others
• You have a continuous improvement philosophy and practice

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Five or more years of sales experience in the agriculture industry
• Significant knowledge of digital agronomy and farm economics
• An aptitude for digital solutions and information technology

• A Bachelor's Degree in an Agriculture/Agronomic or related field
• Experience implementing sales strategy, managing commercial accounts and meeting sales objectives
• Experience utilizing drone technology
