Responsibilities:

The VP, Corporate Solutions will report to the SVP, Chief Technology Officer, to play a critical role in overseeing the design, engineering, and deployment of software and experiences that support thousands of employees in our Home Office including Law, Real Estate, Communications, Human Resources, Compliance, Managed Investments and Finance. This VP partners closely with their constituent peers within and outside of Technology to own the roadmap that drives product health across their portfolio, providing input into enterprise engineering direction and executing on a strategic vision.They influence top leadership to drive business decisions and prioritize and sequence a complex backlog of product delivery while exercising strong fiscal discipline and executive judgment. Strategic relationships for this role will span business partners, digital product, technology, and vendor teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven engineering leader with 10+ years' experience setting direction for and achieving objectives of the enterprise.
  • Aptitude in assessing and implementing leading software architecture patterns, DevOps, SecDevOps.
  • Experience leading large, high-performing, diverse agile development teams.
  • Skilled at blending technology and business disciplines in pursuit of an enterprise-wide mission.
  • Key knowledge of the principles and methods of managing organizational change and leading others through change.
  • Metrics and data analysis skills to develop, monitor and make quantitatively-informed decisions based on value delivered against strategic outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, and ability to execute in ambiguous conditions or circumstances.

This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
