Job Description
Production worker

Shift: 4:30PM-1:30AM (Monday-Thursday)
Salary: $14.35-$14.85/ hr

Now looking for an industrious individual to work diligently on supplying and maintaining production lines with correct cheeses. This position will also perform proper cheese cutting, shredding and other duties necessary for production.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators
  • Select and install proper cheese equipment according to production schedule.
  • Load product on to cutter
  • Record product and equipment weights
  • Pack and store materials and products
  • Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated according to established sanitary and housekeeping standards, to highest efficiency necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards
Qualifications
  • Less than high school education.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and able to stand for 10-hours.
