Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Requires electrical strengths in industrial electrical assembly and start-up.  Also, works with mechanical and pneumatic assemblies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Electrical assembly, Install, update and debug system assemblies.

Calibrate/set up equipment to required mechanical & electrical tolerances.

Read all electrical prints for wiring and testing on all equipment.

Wire various electrical components used on equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school in electronics.
Three to five years experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic math and metric skills

REASONING ABILITY:
Good in diagnosing problems and finding quick solutions.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Travel (domestic and foreign).  The approximate percentage of travel time will be as follows:  20% domestic and 10% foreign.
Must be able to do lifting or carrying of equipment/parts up to 50 pounds.

Blueprint and electrical drawings.
Office and shop safety training
Problem solving skills training
