Job Description
IT ERP Analyst, Lead (2000004V)

Position Summary:

Senior Oracle EBS Technical Lead with around 7 -10 years of IT experience with minimum 4 years of lead experience. Must have worked as onsite Tech Lead in under dual shore model and is good with coordination with multiple stakeholders. Must have prior working experience on Financial modules (AP/AR/GL/Fixed Assets/Cash Management) under a manufacturing environment, Should have worked in Multi-Org environment and advanced knowledge of Oracle Apps PL/SQL - Forms , reports, XML publisher, OAF pages etc. Exposure to Discoverer , OBIEE , reports & data visualization tools is required. Must have working knowledge of TCA architecture , Finance, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Order Management Tables and familiar with SLA table architecture and connection with sub-ledgers. Excellent understanding with requirement gathering , mapping and solutioning, Integration, Interfaces, custom development, support, preventive maintenance & data migration. Should have good coordination skills with business users and offshore development team, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Major Responsibilities:

Project planning, budget & resource management.

  • Manage daily project activities, issue resolution & communication across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on time, on budget & as requested by our business clients.

  • Identify critical path decisions, makes recommendations & influences program leaders & business process owners to maximize project payback.

  • Effectively engage global teams, Shared Services to create & propose technology designs, standards & solutions with high impact to the business.

  • Manage the technical requirements, identify and resolves issues, monitor overall issue prioritization, progress tracking, and resolution.

  • Participate in creation and management of technical test and cutover plans.

  • Serve as the primary interface for change control and COE coordination

  • Coordinate and assist with troubleshooting of code defects, data errors and configuration problems to determine the root causes of the issues.

  • Define and drive reconciliation of financial data from Legacy system to Oracle E-business suites

  • Lead and manage all Finance related Oracle data conversion activities like Open Payable, Open Receivables, Open Accrual, Fixed Assets, Item Cost and Inventory.

  • Design and document Oracle ERP based solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Define requirements, configure standard applications, provide gap analysis and design, and end-user training.

  • Finance conversions and effectively documents like AS-IS and To-BE Process including the Process Flows are required

  • Gather business requirements and AS-IS processes, integrate with IT and business stakeholders to map processes, identify GAPs and define solutions

  • Hands on experience on Troubleshooting Setup and Configuration related issues

  • Strong documents like MD 50 /CV 55 related to Payable, Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Inventory and effectively document the AS-IS and To-BE Process and the Process Flows

  • Must have prior experience working with Off-shore team

  • Recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency of existing or proposed solutions, drive business process reengineering and implementation of lean concepts or best practices

  • Perform conference room pilots, user acceptance and other required activities for Oracle ERP implementation projects.





Qualifications

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Implement and rollout solutions in Oracle R12 in Finance areas like Payable ,Receivable ,General Ledger ,Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory and Costing. Working knowledge of other modules such as BOM, Routing, Work in Process, Purchase Order and Order Management will be an added advantage.

  • Utilize Oracle Databases 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g, Oracle Applications R12, Financial Modules - Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Costing and Inventory Oracle implementation, Upgrade and Support, Oracle databases, tables, PL/SQL, and SQL Developer.

  • Experience in the creation, managing and resolution of Oracle SRs with Oracle Support.

  • Extensive experience in implementation, upgrade and production support of Oracle Applications R12 and should be able to conduct and lead Scoping, CRP, UAT & Cutover activities.

  • Researches and evaluates new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.

  • Lead change management aspects like introducing end-users to Oracle ERP based solutions, providing training to end-users, assisting users in developing use cases and test scripts and executing them, and assisting in incident management and resolution.

  • BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology.

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in Oracle ERP systems analysis and support including working with all aspects of the systems development life cycle (requirements through implementation).
