Venture Innovation Leader

Job Description
ESC has an exciting contract opportunity for a Venture Innovation Leader to work onsite at our premier health system client. S/he will help seniors age at home independently while providing their families with peace of mind that their loved ones are doing well. Our client is searching for an ambidextrous innovator with the delicate balance of consumer understanding, intelligent strategy, and elegant execution. The perfect candidate has a unique blend of real-world experience, passion for bringing new ventures to market, product marketing chops, exceptional business modeling skills, and a passion for making change through enterprise learning. S/he will lead business modeling and identify key levers for scale along with being responsible for creating multi-year venture plans, product and marketing strategies, and managing the team that will deliver the program(s) to market.

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 5+ years of working experience
- Should have demonstrable experience taking an idea from early vision into a market launch
- Experience sustaining and scaling products and services in-market is also desired.
- Candidates must be adept at designing business models, market research, and operating a team to deliver products/services to-market.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excitement about creating the future.
- Intuitive and stellar writer. Ability to communicate persuasively through the written word and with an innate understand of the criticality of personalizing the tone and style of the content being delivering to the targeted audience.
- Strong analytical capability and ability to lead/influence a cross functional team.
- An in-depth practical understanding of and experience with agile development, rapid prototyping, lean start-up and similar methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, writing and facilitation skills.
- Good process, conceptual, business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Position may require travel which may result in exposure to road and weather hazards. Exposed to normal office environment.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
