We are currently recruiting for a Direct Hire 2nd shift Process Technician located in Franklin, WI
$20.00+ BOE - Submit expectations
2nd shift 2:45pm - 1:15am
Tuesday -Friday OT Available
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Process Technician/Lead is primarily responsible to respond, troubleshoot and perform routine repair work on manufacturing equipment in a timely manner. Additionally, this position will perform some of the duties of a Lead person while working closely with the 2nd shift production operators.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Perform molding machine set-ups from mold installation thru producing an acceptable product
- Primary contact for troubleshooting of molding process/equipment problems
- Support the running of molding jobs thru material changes and equipment maintenance, ie; filters, mixers, etc.
- Perform daily production mold cleanings, plastic media blast and/or solvent cleaning
- Verify Line Clearance
- Convey unused tooling to the proper storage locations
- Deliver unused material handling equipment to the solvent cleaning room
- Run acceptable first shots
- Mold Test slabs and pucks
- Give feedback to Molding Department Supervisor on performance of operators including completing performance evaluations
- Signoffs on Routers and Post Cure Verifications
- Schedule and reassign operators as required for maintaining the effectiveness of the department
