Customer Service Associate- Registration Nights (64 hour a pay period) (7471-1633)
The Customer Service Associate is often the firstpoint of contact for our patients and their family. Individuals with excellentcommunication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of patientconfidentiality should consider this opportunity. Responsibilities includeproviding superior customer service through scheduling, patient registration,and telephone. The Customer Service Associate will interview incoming patientsand/or their representatives, recording pertinent identifying information andproviding directions to access services.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of sixmonths previous experience in the healthcare field, required. Registrationand admissions experience, preferred. Knowledge ofswitchboard system and procedures, preferred. Excellentcustomer service attitude and interpersonal skills. Basic medicalterminology understanding.
