Due to tremendous growth, we are looking to add a Medical Assistant/Scribe. As a Medical Assistant, you will be a clinic champion for our patients by providing outstanding patient care and promoting a collaborative work environment.

This position requires:

  • The completion of a Medical Assistant training program from an accredited school
    • If you have not completed a training program, please view our Patient Journey Specialist position if available
  • Availability between the hours of 7am-6pm with a rotating Saturday shift as needed
  • The ability to travel to our clinics in the Milwaukee market is required

 To be successful in this role you will routinely accomplish:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with our clinical staff; including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
  • Clean and sterilize medical instruments and exam rooms
  • Enter patient medical history and vitals in the EMR
  • Inventory and ordering of medical supplies
  • General tasks; including appointment setting, taking patient's medical history and preparing exam rooms

To ensure the best fit, your prior work experience will include:

  • Experience with medical transcription and medical terminology
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and electronic medical records
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team setting
