We are currently looking for Property Managers to staff some of our new residential properties in our portfolio.
The Portfolio Property Manager is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned properties. He/she will work to maximize the Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value of the property on behalf of our clients. The Property Manager provides oversight in the areas of property management, operations, maintenance, client and resident relations, leasing, marketing, accounting and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or related field of study, and 3-5 years of residential property experience, preferably condominiums. Candidates with experience in managing apartments, condominium and low-income residential properties are encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package.
