As a Cutting Tool Design Engineer you'll follow standard manufacturing process guidelines and customer specifications to design solutions appropriate for customers’ needs, determine costs, create manufacturing drawings and issue detailed routings to manufacturing.

This position requires direct experience with the design of complex point geometries. A knowledge of feed/speed rates and machining applications, materials, coatings and current manufacturing processes of round cutting tools is highly beneficial.

Qualified candidates should have either a two or four-year technical degree plus direct experience with the design and manufacturing of Carbide and/or PCD tooling using multi-axis CNC grinding equipment.
