Job Description:

Concentration on accuracy in data entry and strong computer proficiency (specifically Microsoft Excel) is required. Ability to become familiar with tasks required of other accounting functions within the company (i.e. A/P, A/R, etc). This position will allow the candidate to utilize their skill and knowledge in varied aspects of accounting in a fast paced manufacturing setting by assisting the entire department in day to day functions. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to meet company deadlines.


Skills Required:

*Must be proficient with computers, filing, faxing, phones, copiers, scanners and postage machines

*Well rounded in general accounting functions to assist with day to day needs.

*Collections; experienced with speaking to customers regarding invoices

*Account reconciliation and reporting

*Accounts Receivables Experience

*Prior experience with inventory a plus

*2+ years of Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

*Associates Degree in Accounting (preferred)

*Strong communication skills.

*Advanced skill level with MS Excel

*Experienced with MS Dynamics GP

*Strong typing & 10 Key required

*Additional duties may be assigned based on company’s needs
